Mooresville NC is a popular Lake Norman Town. Lake Norman offers a wonderful waterfront lifestyle and Mooresville has that and more. 

The weather in North Carolina is near perfect. The Spring is wonderful with many days well into the 70's and a great time to turn off the HVAC and open your doors and windows allowing the fresh air in before the summer heat and wonderful long days. The Summer is a superb time on Lake Norman. With temperatures into the late 90's and lots of sunshine, its a great time to enjoy the lake or take in summer outdoor concerts and movies. North Carolinians look forward to opening our windows and doors again through the fall season however by the time November comes you do need to turn on the heating and get out your winter clothing and prepare for the chilly winter. We never have more than 2 or 3 snow days, just enough to enjoy without all the hassles.
There are great golf courses in Mooresville including Town of Mooresville Golf Course, which is undergoing a facelift at the moment, Mallard Head Country Club, Mooresville Golf Course and of course the Trump National Golf Course. Mooresville is well known as the home of many of the NASCAR and INDYCAR racing teams. The area has two racing museums and many of the suppliers to the racing industry are based in Mooresville. There are some fantastic waterfront restaurants in Mooresville and the surrounding Lake Norman areas.

Schools in Mooresville are well sought after. There are a number of school choices whether you are looking for private or public, Mooresville has some popular choices for your family.
