Just a short drive from Charlotte NC, you will find the Charlotte Speedway in Concord NC. 

Car enthusiasts from all over the USA travel far and wide to enjoy Nascar and other events that are held at this Concord NC Venue. 

The venue boasts a zMax Dragway, a Super Speedway and a dirt track. There are two big Nascar races  held at the venue during the year and most week ends through the summer months there are a number of events, including Monster Truck Bash, Car Fairs and Dirt Track Racing for all to enjoy. Lake Norman - a wonderful place to call home. 

Last week Lake Norman and the Carolinas had a snow storm that crippled the area. North Carolina never has more than a few snow days in a year and when we have snow for two consecutive days, well that creates a number of challenges. Included in those was my impending trip to Phoenix AR to attend Keller Williams Family Reunion conference where we will celebrate a great company, learn new and exciting trends and share in one of the most powerful training events.

This week end we expect temperatures into the high fifties with 70's predicted for next week! Thats the Carolinas we know and love!

The beautiful historic Downtown Concord is a pedestrian friendly little oasis in Cabarrus County. The historic area has some of the finest restaurants, quirky and interesting retail and gift shops, live theatre venues and more.

The Historic Cabarrus County Courthouse, the Concord Museum and many art galleries and pottery studios draw visitors to the area. The cafes and restaurants spill out onto the streets in the spring and summer and offer great breakfasts, cakes and coffee and a variety of gourmet dinner specialties.

Yoga, pilates, cross-fit and other forms of exercise are available in Concord. Carolina Courts has basketball and volleyball courts which attract competing teams and visitors to the area. There are several event venues in the area and Downtown Concord welcomes you!

Great Schooling and an up and coming university, Concord is a great place to call home.
