30 miles north of Charlotte NC and skirting the banks of Lake Norman, you will find this lovely friendly town of Mooresville, which is situated in Iredell County in North Carolina. 

The Town boasts beautiful well manicured and maintained gardens, the gorgeous old town center with coffee shops, eclectic gift shops, art galleries, antique shops, the wine shop and of course some wonderful restaurants and entertainment venues. The locals know each other by name and it does't take long to make friends and fit right in.

Mooresville is the home to many NASCAR and INDYCAR drivers and the NASCAR Hall of Fame is situated in this very area.

Mooresville on Lake Norman area boasts a yacht club, fantastic golf courses and homes to suit every need. If you are looking for a Lake Front are to live in - you will do well to live make Mooresville your home!

The Old English setting of Davidson NC adds so much charm to this magnificent area. The brick

This is largely a student town although you can feel the sense of pride in the locals. Cornelius NC is probably the most outdoor loving community you will meet. Locals spend there spare
time walking at Jetton Park or Ramsey Park, playing golf at The Peninsula Golf Club or simply enjoying the waters of Lake Norman. 

There are magnificent restaurants, superb coffee cafe's and lots of designer and upscale shops in this wonderful community. The locals are friendly and the people that live here, love their Town. They are very proud of it. 

Its a short commute into Downtown Charlotte and because of its close proximity to the City, many business people make Cornelius their home.
