Wine Tasting in the Yadkin Valley

If you are looking for a lovely day outing within a short drive from Charlotte NC then you need to put the Yadkin Valley on your radar. 

The Blue Ridge Mountain Range with slopes that have rich soil deposits, adjacent to the Yadkin River basin and near perfect weather conditions make the Yadkin Valley a great wine producing area of North Carolina. The area contributes a large portion of the 500,000 gallons of wine produced by the state annually.
